I want the phcs/hosp discount program but most plans are the CAREINGTON network which sell you hosp discounts yet sent a card that says "NO HOSPITAL DISCOUNTS APPLY" and worse yet they sell up to 60% discounts but send out CARDS that say the doctors should collect 70% from patients at the time of service and repay to the patient any overcharges from contracted agreements---WHAT KIND OF NONSENSE IS THAT- when have doctors offices ever refunded patients -----JMO
